How long we keep information
We will only keep your data for two years without express permission from you. This primarily applies to information held from vendors and images used for social media. After each event, information gathered as part of the ticket purchasing process is disposed of as per our partner organisation’s data retention policy and our ticketing platforms policy.

Who we share information with
Joint data controllers
We have a joint controller relationship with North East Museums. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: North East Museums handle our ticket sales, they will collect and process your data during the ticket purchasing process. Limited elements of this are shared with Mouse Cage Events Ltd at each event to support ticket validation and entry..
